Dr. Stewart has an interest in education and empowering women to understand their bodies and their healthcare needs. She strongly believes in promoting preventive care. As a daughter, sister, and a mother, she enjoys developing trusting and respectful patient-physician relationships from the adolescent parent all the way thorough the pregnancy, including high-risk obstetrics, childbirth, management of benign gynecologic conditions, management of abnormal PAP smears, abnormal uterine bleeding, laparoscopic surgery, abdominal hysterectomies, laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomies, vaginal hysterectomies, Novasure edometrial ablations, diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy, Myosure, and pelvic floor surgery.

Dr. Stewart has many interests. One interest is educating adolescent females. She believes that she has the opportunity to be a role model for young women who may not have a strong foundation at home or providing education to females who may have difficulty discussing such intimate subjects with their parents. She also holds special interests in pregnancy, contraceptive counseling, family planning, abnormal uterine bleeding, and management of endometriosis.

Growing up in a small town (Chickasha, OK), the advantage of practicing on the south side of Oklahoma City and at the S. OKC Women's Healthcare in particular, is that this facility functions as a family. The advantage to being located in a large city, our patients have access to state-of-the-art facilities, while the comfort of the small-town feel is not forgotten.

Dr. Stewart is very family-oriented. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Sean, and young daughter, Marli. She is involved in many outdoor activities in the summer which include riding bicycles, swimming, and working around the house and maintaining the lawn. Dr. Stewart enjoys college football, but most importantly, the Oklahoma City Thunder.
